Erasmus plusKey action 1: individual mobility

Procedure for setting up a mobility

The procedure for creating an Erasmus + agreement is relatively simple. Once you have obtained confirmation from the partner university, you must send the following information to the International Office:

  • The contact details of your counterpart in the partner university (last name, first name, e-mail, telephone)
  • Student mobility: study cycle + number of students + number of months per student
  • Period of validity for the agreement
  • Teacher mobility: coordinator names, duration (at least 2 days), number of teaching hours (at least 8 hours)
  • Subject taught

Before setting up an agreement, the International Office will examine with the project initiator, or sometimes even with the directors of the courses and faculties concerned, the appropriateness of the project according to several criteria (UPPA international strategy, specificity of the subject field…)

Note: A bilateral agreement can include several different subject areas. Mobility is possible only in the context of a subject area included in the agreement.
