Individual European students

How to enrol

This section concerns students from the European Economic Area (European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein), who have the necessary qualifications to enter higher education and who would like to enrol at the UPPA.

It is not applicable to students who come to the university as part of an exchange programme (European Erasmus+ programme, inter-university collaboration agreements, etc.).

You must have a minimum of B2 level French to prepare a degree taught in French at the UPPA.

You must have a minimum B2 level of English to prepare a Masters degree taught in English at the UPPA.

Bachelor's year 1

If you are a candidate from the EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation, Monaco or Andorra, you will have to follow the Parcoursup procedure on www.parcoursup.fr

The diploma that grants access to the higher education, its sworn translation, along with the results of the french test, are also part of the documents to add to the study validation file.

Bachelor's year 2, Bachelor's year 3, Master’s year 1 and year 2

For the purposes of your application:
- the degree certificates and transcripts of records must be translated into French by an approved (sworn) translator.
- the results of an official french test (TCF TP, DELF or DALF) are compulsory.

An Education Board will examine your application and you will receive a reply as soon as possible. You will receive the decision by mail.
