International Welcome Desk
As part of the International Relations office and created within the framework of E2S UPPA, the International Welcome Desk opened in 2018. The IWD, managed by Claire Harai in Pau and by Caroline Hanin on the Basque coast, advises and accompanies internationals students as well as researchers and guest professors who come to the UPPA for short or long stays.
International students and researchers may contact the IWD for administrative and practical questions relating to the preparation of their stay and their arrival in France. For more information, we invite you to consult our website.
The International Welcome Desk in Pau has moved!
January 2022: the IWD in Pau has relocated to the north end of the DEVE/DRI building, in the DRI (International Relations) office, first door on the left after entering. In-person meetings possible by appointment: welcome @ univ-pau.fr
